From costume parades to classroom celebrations, campuses throughout the district were filled with laughter, colorful outfits, and a sense of community that made the day truly special.

Compton Unified School District (CUSD) has recorded remarkable achievements on the most recent administration of the California Smarter Balanced Assessments (SBAC), surpassing previous benchmarks in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. This year’s preliminary results demonstrate a significant 8-point increase in ELA and a 6.4-point increase in Mathematics.

Scholars from Compton Unified School District (CUSD) showcased their STEM excellence at the Aerial Drone Competition in San Diego last week, bringing home multiple championship titles. Sixteen teams representing nine schools demonstrated their skills in coding, teamwork, and drone navigation.
